This rare vintage runner was handwoven by nomadic weavers of Mut, a mountainous region of Southern Anatolia known for its deep-rooted tribal traditions. The bold diamond medallions and symbolic hourglass motifs are believed to represent strength, continuity, and protection. Rich tones of crimson, ivory, deep brown, and charcoal harmonize in rhythmic bands, evoking the vibrant spirit of Anatolian migration and survival.
