This 60–70-year-old kilim from the Emirdağ region reflects the warm tones of Central Anatolia’s highlands. The radiant orange medallion rising from a soft lavender ground evokes the golden sun dipping behind rugged hills at dusk. Surrounded by deep terracotta fields and symbolic tribal motifs, this kilim speaks of heritage, warmth, and quiet dignity.

Each motif—especially the “elibelinde” female figure on the borders—honors fertility, protection, and life. The subtle abrashed hues and uneven dyes testify to its handmade authenticity and natural wool character.
