Woven in the hill villages of Hotamış some 60–70 years ago, this vintage kilim unfolds like a secret mosaic of mountain blossoms. A vertical chain of nine hexagons in pistachio, saffron, and lavender rises against a rust-red field, each one cradling tiny rosettes and tribal hooks for protection. Serrated borders in charcoal and gold frame the scene like distant ridges, while subtle dye variations mark the passage of time.
