This vintage Turkish kilim originates from Konya, one of Central Anatolia’s oldest and most celebrated weaving centers. Handwoven around 50–60 years ago, this kilim represents the artistic freedom and rhythm of nomadic Anatolian craftsmanship.

Design & Craftsmanship
The composition features horizontal tribal bands decorated with stylized ram’s horn and butterfly motifs — traditional Anatolian symbols of strength, fertility, and transformation.
Its color harmony of mustard yellow, brick red, pale green, indigo blue, and faded coral showcases the mastery of natural dyeing techniques. Each hue has softly mellowed over time, creating a warm vintage patina that can’t be replicated.

Woven entirely with hand-spun wool, the texture is dense yet supple, ideal for both bohemian and rustic interiors that value authenticity and history.
