This vintage Konya kilim, handwoven around 60–70 years ago, beautifully captures the spirit of Central Anatolia with its rhythmic stripes and tribal details. Its combination of earthy hues and geometric motifs tells a timeless story of craftsmanship and cultural heritage.

Design & Craftsmanship
This kilim features vertical tribal bands in terracotta, mustard, brown, ivory, lilac, and olive tones. Within these stripes, traditional “hook,” “eye,” and “elibelinde” (fertility) symbols are finely woven, representing protection and prosperity in Anatolian culture.
Woven from hand-spun wool and dyed with natural vegetable pigments, its tones have gently softened over time, creating a warm, organic patina that only decades of authenticity can bring.
