The central field is dominated by two large stepped geometric medallions placed across a warm red ground. Both medallions are rendered in faded blue-gray, muted ochre, cream, and earthy tones, while angular corner elements and smaller symbolic motifs complete the composition.

Several richly patterned borders surround the central field. Repeating diamonds, angular floral forms, stylized leaves, and geometric guard motifs create a layered frame and give the rug a particularly architectural appearance.

The palette includes muted brick red, faded coral, dusty blue-gray, ochre, beige, cream, brown, burgundy, and soft earthy tones. Natural aging has softened the original colors and created subtle tonal variations across the wool.
