The central field is dominated by a striking deep cobalt-blue mihrab-style niche, framed by two slender column-like motifs wrapped with stylized floral vines. A decorative hanging ornament appears in the upper section, while a large floral arrangement rises from an ornate vase near the lower center.

The upper part of the niche is surrounded by a green floral arch filled with small blossoms and curving botanical motifs. A broad gray-green outer border continues the floral theme with repeating rosettes, leaves, and circular flower forms.

The palette combines deep blue, olive green, muted gray, burgundy, red, soft pink, ivory, brown, and subtle yellow accents. Approximately 70–80 years old, the rug has developed the natural patina and tonal variation expected from an authentic vintage handmade textile.
