This distinctive vintage Turkish perde kilim, also known as a curtain kilim, was handwoven in Cihanbeyli, Konya, approximately 60 years ago. These traditional Anatolian textiles were originally created as curtains, decorative coverings, and practical room dividers in village homes.

The piece features three broad horizontal bands in rich burgundy red, muted indigo blue, and warm brick red. Raised wool details form subtle geometric motifs across the surface, giving the textile a highly textured and tactile appearance.
